I thought I would give you a quick introduction to the stallholders for Friday’s Food and Drink market so that you can have a sneak peek at all the wonderful businesses who are taking part !
It will give you a chance to have a browse, follow them on social media and form a shopping list for market day! However remember some of the businesses may be offering special offers, freebies or discounts so it’s worth waiting until Friday to do any actual shopping …
On Friday 4th June a lovely selection of small businesses will be getting involved in the Food and Drink online market. Each of the businesses creates and bakes delicious things will put a smile on your face … so let’s see what they have to offer!

This delicious range of Caribbean condiments are handmade in London and include a chutney, pepper jam and two hotsauces. based on recipes from across the Caribbean. They are naturally vegan, gluten and nut-free so everyone can tuck in and enjoy them whatever your dietary dietary needs are. They can be used to jazz up your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks or used as a marinate.
The products in the range are:
Passa Passa hotsauce – a spicy red pepper and scotch bonnet based hotsauce
Bacchanal sauce – a hot mango and pineapple sauce
We jammin’ – a yellow pepper and mango jam with a hint of chilli, garlic and lime.

Hi, I’m Bev, from Derbyshire. My passion is baking and creative arts and The Busy Baking Co brings my two passions into one. When my mum, Vie, was alive, she was well-known for her scRUMptious cakes which were generously infused with the finest Jamaican white rum.
I decided to reproduce these cakes based on my mum’s traditional recipe as a way of turning my loss into a legacy and ‘remembering, honouring and celebrating’ her for the generous and talented cake-maker she was.
Vie’s Jamaican Rum cakes are baked in an award-winning bakery in Kendal, Cumbria which has achieved “green certification”.
They are made with local, free range eggs and flour and are hand-wrapped using biodegradable, compostable, cellulose (cellophane) food grade bags, raffia and card.
Brimming full of juicy fruits and laced with fine rums, our moist, bold cakes will leave you wanting more…
